## Symptoms

* Unable to connect to Wi-Fi or PlayStation Network (PSN)
* Slow download speeds
* Dropped connections during online play.

## Simple Fixes

### Modem / Router issues

Check your home wifi. Are other devices connecting? If not, restart your modem and router

### Sony Network Settings

Check your network settings from the PS5 homepage to ensure you are connected to the correct network - these can drop / get switched

### Can you go wired?

If you are close to your router, a wired Ethernet connection is often more stable than Wi-Fi.
