iPhone 14 Pro Max screen repair: collection and delivery
You book collection and delivery when you cannot reach a bench easily or you want the phone packed and insured both ways. We still treat Face ID, True Tone, and ambient sensors with the care Apple’s hardware expects.
How collection works
You get a slot and packaging guidance: turn off Find My if we agreed a full repair path, back up first, and wipe nothing unless we discussed data risk. The courier scans the box door to door; you keep the tracking link we send.
On arrival
We log IMEI and condition with photos. We fit a genuine-grade or OEM-equivalent panel per your quote tier, transfer front assembly bits where the design requires it, and test touch, brightness, proximity, and Face ID before we seal.
Return delivery
We pack anti-static and shock, insure to the value you declare, and only ship once you have approved test results. If we find extra damage (bent frame, rear glass crack affecting seal), we stop and call before we continue.
Collection and delivery adds time versus a walk-in; plan for two to four business days on the road each way, plus repair queue.
