Average Repair Times

One of the most common questions we are asked is 'how long will it take to fix?' Of course the answer depends on the issue, but our average times are pretty consistent.

All times are end-to-end; including pickup and drop-back.

Average Phone Repair Times

Almost ALL phone repairs can be picked up, fixed and returned within 1 hour.

"How?!" I hear you ask!

• All of our engineers can fix phones regardless of other specialisms so if you are inside Greater London your closest technician is always going to be close.
• Our network of couriers allows us to arrange pickups and drop-backs at similar pace to Deliveroo, and many repairs such as screens or batteries take a similar time to your food being cooked.

Average Laptop Repair Times

Often more involved, these take on average 1-2 hours. If it turns out your logic board has bitten the dust, we will always call you first and make sure you are happy to proceed, but in the majority of cases it's under 2 hours.

Average Tablet Repair Times

Somewhere between phone and laptop, tablets can take 1-2 hours.

Average Console Repair Times

We are able to repair most consoles, but only certain technicians can do this so the return time depends on how far away our electronics wizkid is.
