Simple Fixes
1. Place the PS5 is in a better-ventilated area
Ideally with a few inches of space around all sides
2. Take it out of a closed media cabinet
They need quite a bit of air circulation - especially when running AAA titles like Call of Duty.
3. Clean the external vents and dust catchers
These can get overly gummed up with fluff and dust. Use a (dry) brush or vacuum from the outside of the case. Go all the way around.
4. Go horizontal
Try placing the console horizontally instead of vertically, as this can prove more even for cooling.
